Updated Class Schedule! Due to high demand and classes filling up quickly, we have added additional sessions to accommodate everyone. Remember, there are no classes on Friday, so make the most of the rest of the week and join us for these fantastic workouts!

2025 asked us to grow, and we did! Our new Mobility class has only been running a few weeks, but it’s already becoming a favorite. ✨ Every Wednesday at 7pm, we slow things down and focus on improving range of motion, reducing stiffness, and supporting recovery.
