Our new Mobility class has only been running a few weeks, but it’s already becoming a favorite. ✨
Every Wednesday at 7pm, we slow things down and focus on improving range of motion, reducing stiffness, and supporting recovery.
It’s the perfect mid-week reset and a powerful way to move better; both in and out of the gym.
