Why I Started Strong Girl Era:
I created Strong Girl Era to be more than just a place to work out. It’s a safe and empowering space where women can move with confidence, celebrate what their bodies are capable of, and embrace their true strength. My goal was to cultivate an uplifting environment that inspires growth not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Strong Girl Era is about building a community where women can support one another and step into the strongest version of themselves, inside and out!

We’re more than just a gym, we’re a space where you can challenge yourself, learn proper technique, and leave feeling stronger than you did when you arrived. Expect high energy, encouragement, and results. All in a safe and welcoming environment!
Class/ Training Sessions

Our sessions are full-body, functional, and customizable—meaning workouts can be adjusted for all fitness levels.

Every class starts with a dynamic warm-up to get your muscles and joints ready.

You’ll move through a combination of strength training, conditioning, and mobility exercises.

Classes finish with a cool-down and stretch to support recovery and flexibility.

Our environment is supportive, motivating, and non-judgmental—we celebrate progress in all forms!
What to Bring

Comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes.

A water bottle to stay hydrated.
