September Wins: Strong Girl Era September was full of strength, progress, and big wins at Strong Girl Era! 💪✨Our ladies showed up and pushed themselves to new levels, whether it was hitting a new PR, mastering more reps, or simply proving to themselves that they’re stronger than they thought.
