Teen Program
Introducing SGE's Teen Program!
This 6 week program is designed to help teen girls build a strong foundation in strength training while gaining confidence in and out of the gym.
Each session will focus on teaching proper form and technique so they can learn how to lift safely and effectively. We will break down the basics of strength training and build on them week by week so they’re not just doing exercises, but actually understanding how to move well and get stronger.
The goal is for every girl to feel confident walking into a gym, knowing what she’s doing, and feeling proud of the progress she’s made.
This is a small group setting so each girl gets individualized coaching, while still being challenged at her own level. Whether she is brand new or has some experience, the program will meet her where she’s at and help her continue to grow!
